Saikyou is the story of a world where humans and youkai coexist. In this world, those who hunt and exorcise these supernatural beings are known as Hunters. They wield cursed swords that seal other youkai, using their demonic power to fight. The story follows sixteen-year-old Miyamura Itsuki, who joins the Hunters after his childhood encounters with youkai.
